Replacing 1@8

Hey guys,

It is common on the BBM templates to have 1@8 followed by backup sets. IF one for whatever reason doesn’t do the single, should you add another set @6,7,8? Or just drop the single and work with a %e1RM? What would be an appropriate change in your opinion? Thanks!

I would just skip the single, though most of the time I wouldn’t recommend doing that unless presented a good reason.
