Resistance bands for overload variations

Hello Drs,

I’m planning on getting some resistance bands so I can do the overload variations for SBD sometime in the future. The 2 lowest resistance bands are 5-15lbs (208cm x 0.64 cm x 4.5mm) and 15-35lbs (208cm x 1.3cm x 4.5mm).

Would just getting a pair of the 5-15lbs one be enough for all movements given my level of advancement (or lack thereof)? Or would getting a pair of the 15-35lbs be useful as well?​

I think the bands should give you a resistance of ~ 10-20% your 1RM for that movement. Choose the bands based on your strength!
