54 yr old male
385lbs deadlift
325 lbs squat
285 lbs bench
(Skipped leg day for 25 years,)
Powerlifting for 3 years
Had a motorcycle accident beginning August 2020.
Nine broken ribs, distal radius fracture with wrist bracket surgery.Recovery will be long (3 to 6 months) for the wrist.
I have access to a normal gym, which happens to have a belt squat.
Thru your fine knowledge and intuition, how do I train to stay active with weights and machines till I get
my wrist strong enough to redo my SSLP.
And getting back to my masters templates.
Hey @burtjardin sorry to hear about the motorcycle accident. Much of this will be centered around the surgical procedure, post-operative restrictions, respecting tissue healing, and loading around the injuries. I recommend getting a consultation with us so we can help guide this process and talk through the experience as there are some layers we need to work through. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F…ilUWA/viewform
