I’ve been running the endurance template for the past 8 weeks, and have made some progress. I am thinking about running another 8-week cycle, but I’m wondering how to adjust for the testing week. In the template the 1st week and the 8th week are both testing weeks. Running them back to back would result in 2 testing weeks in a row. Is there a suggested modification for what to do on week 1 if you are running a second cycle? Thanks!
I would just do the conditioning from week 2 on weeks 1 and 2 in this case.
