Running Program Over & Over

Is there a limit to how many times you can run a program back to back, or would I only make changes if I’m not seeing results/getting bored?

For instance, I’m using the BB1 program and enjoying it, but I feel overwhelmed by seeing everyone else’s “new” programs on social media, making me think I might be missing out. That I need to change my program more frequently for more gains kind of thing.

There are no “rules” as to what you can do here. If you are satisfied with your training (psychologically and in terms of actual results), it would be wise to continue. If not, changes would be appropriate.
