I’ve been training off and on for about 5 years. Recently started back around two months ago and started stronglifts 5x5. Within the last week my pelvic bone has been hurting, same spot as the front hip but it’s not muscular it feels like it’s on the none. If you look up the anatomy of the pelvis is seems to be ASIS. It’s going away now but any suggestions on how this could if happened.
Hard to say without seeing you squat, but I had similar sounding pain when my squat stance was too narrow. My ASIS was impinging my hip soft tissue there and causing pain.
