Strength III vs Low Fatigue Strength

I currently own the strength III program. I’ve run it before with success. I’m currently running powerbuilding II and I’m getting ready to shift to a more specific strength program. One element that makes strength III harder to complete for me is the recommended chains, blocks, boards, slingshot bench, etc. My question is whether the low fatigue strength templates utilize these overload methods or if they are more specific to the comp lifts with just varying intensity and some easier to implement variety. Both templates allow the user to select the movements they want to use for all of the exercise slots so, you don’t need to do those particular overload movements if you don’t want to/don’t have access to them. If you had good success previously with Strength III, I’d probably just run that again with exercise variants you have access to/prefer.
