I currently own the strength III program. I’ve run it before with success. I’m currently running powerbuilding II and I’m getting ready to shift to a more specific strength program. One element that makes strength III harder to complete for me is the recommended chains, blocks, boards, slingshot bench, etc. My question is whether the low fatigue strength templates utilize these overload methods or if they are more specific to the comp lifts with just varying intensity and some easier to implement variety.
