I am running PLII and am starting week 5. I only got day 1 in, and the rest are unlikely during my vacation. Would it be reasonable to instead just swap weeks 5 & 7 around to essentially do the low stress week earlier, or should I just not worry about it and repeat week 5 next week.
For 1-week off without illness or similar, I wouldn’t worry about it and just repeat the week you were on when you get back. Have a good trip!
