Hello Barbell Medicine Team,
I have been training inconsistently for a few years. During my last program, (not yours), I injured my left rotator cuff and had two months of therapy for that. After therapy, I found your programs and have 6 more weeks on the Shoulder Rehab template and would like some advice on the next move.
My current numbers are:
56 years old
5’9’’
195 pounds (down from 220)
40.25 inch waist (down from 42.5)
I have the following templates to choose from:
Beginner and Hypertrophy I (also considering General Strength and Conditioning I).
Which way should I go among those three or another recommendation? I know I need to lose some more waist size before I get back to regular training, however my weight does not bother me.
