Hey BBM crew,
I’m currently on the last week of The Bridge and was looking for guidance on where to go next. I’m 6’1" and weigh in around 225 lbs, waist circumference of 39". Started losing weight around 235 and 42" waist. I’ve been following the macros from To Be A Beast and adjusting every 5 lbs lost.
Lifts for singles @ 8:
Squat: 385
Deadlift: 415
Press: 160
Paused Bench: 215
I plan to continue losing weight until I reach a 36" waist(maybe more or less once I get closer) and then hopping on the 12 week strength template. Upon finishing The Bridge, would the recommendation be to follow the GPP template or would one of the hypertrophy/GPP templates be more appropriate while continuing to reduce macros? Appreciate the advice.
