I’ve been torn between SuperTotal and Titan 1, both seem to be more or less in my goal of being a widely-skilled athlete (with emphasis towards strength given possible modification). I tried the Strongman and the GS&C and they weren’t quite for me, didn’t see the results I wanted or the variation was just awkward. I can’t decide because the SuperTotal has a sample for one week while Titan 1 doesn’t, makes it hard to tell if it would fit with my available equipment; college/commercial gym equipment. Would doing other templates and incorporating some WODs be close enough or are there some other similar workout programs, like the Open Template, I can view to get an approximation?
I don’t think Titan I would be doable in a college/commercial gym unless it’s well-outfitted, e.g. a commercial/Crossfit hybrid. You can see for yourself by following the Open Template for a week if you like.
My pick, as you’d assume would be to do the General S/C and pick variations more inline with my preferences.
