Week 6 on the bridge, squat 1@8

Hey guys,

I’m looking for a bit of clarification regarding the 1@8 prescription for the squat on week 6.

Am I supposed to be working up to a 1@8 then doing some sort of percentage drop from that to find my 4@8 or do I just work back up in 4’s until I find my 4@8?

Go with the percentage drop, if you find out you’re too heavy or too light for a 4@8, adjust.
