I’m currently on BBM Group programming (it’s awesome!) but felt like this would be a better place to ask nutrition question.
29 yo, 189cm and 100kg that puts my BMI to 28, so clearly over weight?
My waist is 98cm and navy BF calculator gives me something like 19%

i have no idea should I do a cut or recomp or what because I don’t want to compromise my gains as I’m not even that strong to begin with.
(last squat set 117,5kg x5 @8)

Could you steer me to the right path?
