Hey everyone. I’ve been using the untamed program or as I call it the Allan thrall dad bod program. I like it so far and have been making progress while using my home gym. I have been thinking of what to do after the program ends. I’m sure I could run it again but I was thinking of more of a lower rep ranges. I have the strength 1 template and the bridge so I was thinking one of those might be a good option for me to move onto. I’m looking for something 3-4 days maintain if not add strength and keep me in shape with bare minimum equipment.
