I bought a rehab consultation and a month of rehab coaching I found it useful to get me going in the right direction my coach put me on the free beginners template only problem is I never got much help on going forwards on my own do I just keep running the free template over and over?

One month of coaching can only provide so much future guidance, since we cannot predict anyone’s individual trajectory over time.

Thanks for the response Austin I’ll keep running the free program until I stall I’ve been really enjoying it so far do you have any recommendations on what template to try after that?

This depends entirely on your personal goals (e.g., powerlifting, general strength & conditioning, hypertrophy/bodybuilding, endurance, etc.), and is discussed in the resources I linked above. We have options for each of those, among others.
