Hello, it’s my first post on the forum, my apologies if I’m posting at the wrong place.
Just finished the Bridge V1 after running 531 for a year (3 years of 4 days Upper/Lower split prior to it). My first time experimenting with RPE and quite liked the overall structure of the program. I’m now thinking about the next step.
My goal is primarily strength and improving my endurance second.
I’m trying to finally bench 225 this year after stalling at 185 for nearly a year +.
Here my BW and E1RMs progression from week 1 to 8:
27y/o, 6”1’
BW: 180lbs→175lbs
Squat : 235 → 247
Press : 125 → 129
Deadlift : 339 (maybe underestimated myself too much at the beginning)→ 394
Bench : 180 → 190
What do you think could be the best option for me?
