Which program to use after peaking and a (mock) meet?

Hello there!

I am currently running the peaking template, and have my mock meet set for March 28th in my garage gym. I’m excited to set my biggest PRs ever (cause I’m peaking, duh)! Just wondering what my plan should be for after that as I’ve never really peaked before.

I own the HLM, Bridge 3.0, and GPP Hypertrophy templates, so I was thinking out of all of those it would be the best to use the GPP Hyper before running HLM or Bridge 3 again. I know the Time Crunch template comes with a Pivot block that is probably what I would use in a perfect world but I haven’t bought that one yet.

Barring purchasing the Time Crunch template to get access to the pivot block, is using the GPP Hyper reasonable to use as a “pivot block” and maybe spice it up for the first few weeks with some variations on the competition lifts rather than getting straight back into them again? Another thing I should do is review Alan’s video about pivot blocks and maybe make some choices based on that too.

Thanks!

HI there! Hope you have an awesome mock meet! The GPP template would be a great one to use next and you most likely don’t need a pivot at this point in your lifting. You’ll peak for the mock meat and then have week 1, a low stress week, with the GPP template, so you’ll be set.

Sounds good! Thanks Leah!
