Would like some help in choosing correct template

Hi! I’m big fan of BBM, but never had any paid program and indecisive which one would fit me best. I ran free Bridge template at some point + used some programs suggested by Alan Thrall on his YouTube channel etc. Background: I’m in my early 30s, trying to be generally physical active throughout my life, keeping a boxing class in community gym twice per week (very low level) where sometimes I participate in the class itself (depending on the amount of people, I jog at least once per week and go to bouldering gym once per week. Given all that background, I have quite average, if not less, general endurance. Previously I trained in the gym to gain more strength but not necessarily muscle size. At the moment I focus a bit more on my endurance and I would like to gain a bit more muscle size + slowly grow in strength. Given all of that I was considering either Powerbuilding I - 2nd Generation | Barbell Medicine or General Strength & Conditioning Program- Barbell Medicine , as I plan to hit the gym 2 times/week and it’s unlikely that I would ever train 4 times/week given my schedule. But there’s also Time Crunch program, which sounds like a right choice but it’s not really clear what is the main focus in there.

Please advice me what kind of template sounds like a better fit.

Thank you in advance and thanks for the all content online which BBM is putting out!

Howdy!

I think that the General Strength and Conditioning 1 template or Time Crunch bundle would be your best choices given your desired schedule, training background, and goals. For reference, the Time Crunch download comes with 5 programs I believe, with varying goals of strength, size, and general strength and conditioning over different layouts/schedules.

Just my 0.02.
