can the 13th week be considered a deload? Or should I deload after the 13th week before staring a hypertrophy template?
I would just go right into the hypertrophy template after testing maxes. Test on Friday or Saturday, then rest up and get ready to start hypertrophy on Monday.

Agreed with Stenson. First week of Hypertrophy isn’t too crazy in terms of volume anyway.

The 13th week is supposed to be a test week so it isn’t designed to cause significant stress load or adaptations. If you dont care about testing your maxes/prepping for a meet then switching after week 12 to the hypertrophy block (or week 1 of whichever program you choose) would make sense too.
