The 3 week peaking template has 4 Strength Training sessions and 1 GPP session, is it meant to be applied somewhat as follows:
Monday: D1 Tuesday: D2 Wednesday: GPP Thursday: D3 Friday: D4
…or is there another recommended set-up?

Yup that schedule works fine! Generally you’d want Day 4 to land on the day of or day before a meet (a lot of meets are on Saturdays), so that schedule works. If your meet or mock meet is on a Sunday or some other odd day, adjust accordingly.
