Without any plans to compete, and a goal of powerbuilding and longevity, I’m thinking of running 3day Hyp. Template when cutting and 4day Hyp. when bulking. Could this be a novel approach?
What do you mean by a “novel approach”?
Would this be an OK way of thinking about a longterm application of the 2 templates? Since 3day is less demanding, run this to lean out. Run 4day when eating in a surplus.
I guess I used “novel” because this idea isn’t encouraged in the template descriptions. And also bc I was trying to sound smart…
