Back Rehab template and GPP

Hi good doctors… I think previously it was said that if a person was running 2 GPP days, then they should continue with two in the next template; of course that was in the context of moving from the Bridge to a Hypertrophy template. My question is, should I continue with the 2 GPP days in low back rehab template or cut them out for the first phase and then scale them back up again? I think if I cut the HiIT I will be fine, but I guess I dont know if there’s an overall stress component that’s being considered here. Otherwise, I’m following the template as written.

It depends if the conditioning work bothers the individual’s back presently. If not, I’d keep it in.

Thanks Doc! I appreciate the reply. Did one session today with some pullups, arm work and LISS and it didn’t seem to aggravate it. I’ll avoid the HIIT in my 2nd session as both the bike and the rower bother it. Apart from that, the template is working really well for me.
