HI! I want to incorporate the snatch and clean and jerk to my training program. Do you program the olympic lifts to the upper body or lower body in terms of training volume? I am currently running your 12week strength program. My plan is therefore to reduce the volume of the SBD-exercises a bit and then incorporate the Olympic lifts (I’m afraid it might be too much volume). I’m in the process of transferring to CrossFit. I have bought your titan 2 program but I would rather run the strength program, and incorporate some metcons when I feel like it.
