Hi, I started in the app Hypertrophy I 2nd Gen. I have been lifting for about 6 years. I am coming off lifting 4-5 days a week for multiple years and I also do around 150 minutes of cardio. I had wanted to be more efficient with my lifts and reduce number of sets that were not necessary (all the time, or at least in a short time phase), days in the gym, concentrate on cardio, and thus lift on 3 days. For these reasons, Hyper I 2nd Gen was very appealing as I like the three full body days. I am curious why Hypertrophy II has 4 main lift days and 2 acessory lift days in comparison. Will the 2nd Gen of Hypertrophy II follow that same day structure? I guess I am curious if I should pick Hypertrophy II and just accept I should be lifting 4 days with some accessory days. I love lifting, but trying to free up some time. I had previously thought that perhaps for 12 weeks, I lift for 3 days and then cycle back for more lifting days. Or is this something I should consider cycling in after I finish Hyper I 2nd Gen.
