Incorporating of other Sports in Strength Training

Hi BBM Team and Forum Users,

a little bit of information. Currently I run a “powerbuilding” routine, high volume and stuff.
I’ve got a upcoming meet in November so I am planning to switch to the 12weak Strength Template.

My specific question is, how would you guys recommend to incorporate other Sports into the Template?
The sport in questions would be BJJ once/twice per weak.

I wouldn’t recommend incorporating them during meet prep, but during other general training phases you could put that in on GPP days.
