Peak template

Hello, I am a big fan of all the content and programming. I am currently on week 2 of the bridge. My ultimate goal is to break prs. On all my major lifts. Would it be advantageous for me to run the peak template after completing the bridge or should I move on from that point…

Thanks for the kind words and the post. I don’t think I would routinely recommend peaking after The Bridge 1.0, rather I’d plan on picking a more strength-specific template like Strength I and then using that to actually test your 1RMs. That said, you’ll likely PR during The Bridge if you’re responding well to it.
