Hi docs, I just bought the powerlifting 2 template and have some questions.

I do not have access to bands, boards or chains to overload the lifts with. I know floor press is an overload option for bench but it is already programmed the day before. Any other suggestion to what I should do to overload?

Can the press accessory on day 3 be something that would make the barbell press lighter? (Ex. Paused or tempo barbell overhead press)
