Powerlifting 2 questions

Hi docs, I just bought the powerlifting 2 template and have some questions.

  1. I do not have access to bands, boards or chains to overload the lifts with. I know floor press is an overload option for bench but it is already programmed the day before. Any other suggestion to what I should do to overload?

  2. Can the press accessory on day 3 be something that would make the barbell press lighter? (Ex. Paused or tempo barbell overhead press)

  1. We would recommend doing a towel bench- roll up a towel and place it under your shirt for a make-shift board press. Aim for 5-7cm diameter.
  2. I would not recommend this.

Regarding N°2, what would you recommend as a substitute if I do not have access to DB or incline bench ?
