Question about the beginner template.

Hello,
I have been following the youtube channel and lurking in these forums for a while now, and recently decided to try my first barbell medicine program(beginner template).
I have read through tons of topics, but have been unable to find an answer to this question.

In the template under the weekly totals, there are two sections called “Weekly AU” and “AWCR”.
What do these stand for?

Those are metrics for the acute on chronic workload ratio (ACWR), which we discussed during our Injury Risk Reduction podcast.
