I am a 70% disabled vet. one of my problems is that my legs are uneven enough that I wear orthotics with a lift in my left shoe. my left leg gets injured while squatting quite often whenever I start squatting over 330 or so - generally hamstrings but today a quad down around the teardrop. perhaps I need to offset my stance?
