Wondering what you guys thoughts are on replacing squats/deadlifts/presses with more GPP style exercises. So stuff like sled pushing rather than squatting and sled pulling rather than deadlifting.
You could run this type of thing twice or three times a week and basically just do sled pushes and pulls each workout to workout the entire body - maybe throw in a type of carry as well. I’d like to experiment with this as it seems an efficient way to train and I enjoy/get a ‘feel good’ from these types of exercises.
Are their any cons to consider with this?
