Just started the bridge, and am a little bit confused on some language, hoping somebody can help. On GPP days, it says pull ups, chin ups, or rows. What kind of rows does this refer to? Barbell row? Seated cable? Machine? TYIA
Choose a variety that you like. These GPP blocks are designed to let you plug in whatever you think would work best for you. They’re primarily for building endurance and some hypertrophy. Don’t overthink them.
