Hey Docs,
I’ll be heading out to the 8-day summer highschool field trip in whole different country and dunno if I’ll have gym access there, even if I do, it’s probably gonna be one of those Hotel ones. There would be atleast 1 or 2 days of free time that I could use for training. My older friend said sleep’s gonna be low most of the time during the trip, but on the other hand food is the most entertaining part (pretty kewl dude!).
Got any tips for preservin’ gainzZz?
