I started Titan II this week - fun so far. Week 1 Day #1 programs “Overhead Press” and then Day #4 specifies “Standing Overhead Press”. Was Day #1 supposed to be seated? Dumbbells?

Got it. The “Totals by Exercise” area of the spreadsheet (which is awesome, by the way) has them as two different exercises so, unfortunately, the inputs for weights/reps do not all get included together to give an accurate representation of progress. A small thing but thought I’d make you aware if you are updating for your next version. Thanks!
Yea, we don’t combine them because they’re done on different days under substantially different training conditions, with two different rep schemes. It would be less accurate to combine their data IMO. You also get to choose your exercises, so for many folks- there will be different exercises in each slot.
