Upright Rows had been unknown to me until I once saw Michael Ray do them on Instagram with a caption along the lines of “shoulder health”.
Now I’m looking to add a new shoulder exercise to my routine and Upright Rows came to mind, but I googled it and there seem to be a lot of people in the fitness community who think it’s outright bad for the shoulders. Is it BS or am I really better off with other shoulder exercises?
