In the description for the the 2nd week GPP it says to do it 2x/wk. How should I schedule this? The Bridge has you lift on a Monday, off on a Tuesday and you know the rest. So, what should the weeks of this program look like?
You typically do the GPP days on ‘off’ days. If you’re talking about the 4-day template, you could do GPP on Wed and Sat if you’re training M/T/Th/F, for example. For the 3-day, you can do GPP Tues and Thurs/Sat if you train M/W/F, etc.
If you can’t get to the gym on off days, you can also do the GPP work at the end of a normal training day

mostly though just fit it in where you can with what works for your schedule. Pretty much any iteration works, as does GPP after lifting. I lift in the morning, sometimes I’ll be booked on Saturday, so I’ll lift Friday a.m. and do GPP later after work.
