3 day hypertrophy template weight jumps

Hi,

Do you have any recommendations regarding adding weight to the competition excersises in the 3 day hypertrophy template? I wanted to do this program as a follow-up a more intensity based program and prior to the 12 week strenght training template. However, I don’t have much experience with using this kind of volume and am curious how much weight I am supposed to add (if any).

By the way, on Day 1 I squatted (107.5kg, 115kg, 125kg, 125kg) felt like an appropriate amount of weight. However, it changed my whole perception of what extreme soreness can feel like…it was horrible :wink:

You will stick to the RPE and based on that, figure out if you can go up a couple of lbs each week (think like 1-3%).

Hopefully you’re not too sore!
