Adjusting Hypertrophy I

Hi,

Iam about to start Hypertrophy I after finishing the beginner template. I do not plan to compete in powerlifting. From what I exspected this template focuses on the big three, as press and rows are only performed once a week. What would you recommend if I want to emphasize more on press and rows?

You can pick your own exercises from the available drop down tabs to best suit your needs. I would do that and see how you do the first time through without any further modification.
