I just downloaded the latest version of the Beginner Template, and see that it’s now broken up into 3 spreadsheets of Blocks I, II, III.
…and that each block now has 16 weeks of tabs.
Is that to provide more space for the recommended repetition of the last week of each phase / block – what used to be weeks 4, 8, and 12 – until you’re not making gains?
