Hey guys,
I’ve really been loving your programs and have made solid gains! I am currently 32, 5’9", and weigh around 187lbs with a ~37-38" waist. I started lifting on Oct-1 2018 with a 624lb total. During this time I went through a few weeks of NLP, the Bridge, Hyper 3-day, and will be finishing up the Strength program next week. I’ll be shooting for an 1,100lb total next Saturday at a personal mock meet!
After this program I want to lose 10 or so pounds over the next 2-3 months, mainly for summer reasons and I’m getting married early fall. I’d like to maintain as much strength as possible, but I understand that I will likely lose some (or a significant amount) if I do this kind of a block.
I’m curious as to which of your programs would be most conductive to these goals. I’m leaning towards either the 4-day hyper, or the endurance template. The endurance seems to stand out a little more to me because of the cardio, and as a previous runner I tend to lose more weight when I increase cardio. It’s easier for me to increase activity and maintain calories, but I also understand that I will need to be more vigilant with my diet as well.
TLDR: I’m 32, 5’9", 187lbs, ~37.5" waist, want to lose ~10lbs, maintain as much strength as possible (currently ~1,100 total), what template, what do?
