Main point there: It depends on your goals. You can do The Bridge again, but might wanna tweak it; coaching might help with that.
The bridge v2.0 is better organized than 1.0 IMHO, and it is an update:sunglasses:. If you interested in hypertrophy, enjoy those sets of 10s in 2.0
