Is it correctly understood that Snatch and Clean primarily train lower body power?

What exercises are good for training upper body power?

Is it Split Jerk and Push-Press? Or are they also most lower body power?

I think that the snatch and clean train primarily lower body power. Upper body power can be trained by any upper body exercise that can be performed quickly. The jerk and its variants definitely train upper body power, along with some lower body. The push press, press, bench, and variations thereof, including plyometric push-up variants can be used to train upper body power.
