Just wondering if anybody in the forums adds any accessory exercise to those listed in the various BBM programs (bridge, hlm, 12-week, etc.), or you just run as it is (go to gym, do exercise 1, 2, 3, go home).
What’s your experience? Curious to know as I’ve not tried it myself yet and I wonder how much would adding any accessory influence the recovery from the main lifts.
If you’re going to follow one of the templates, I’d certainly suggest you run it as is. That allows you the best recovery and the best shot at really getting the most out of the program that the Docs put together, you know? Adding more work will affect your recovery, that’s for sure.
