with the next lower weight i can do 10+
how should i train to get to 10 squats wiith all the weight?

please help me, right now i just increase volume every week
Right now im just counting my reps per Week and to every week 10-20% more
Week 1 Training:
Total Reps
squat: 58
OHP: 95
RDL: 48
Chinup: 62(18kg)
Bench: 78
Week 2 Training:
Squat 42
OHP 107
Bench 91
RDL 52
