Hi! i’ll start week 6 of The Bridge 1 tomorrow, so it’s probably time to choose what to do next. I’ve been looking at both hypertrophy 1 and 2.
I was wondering if I should still run hypertrophy 1 first given that I’m coming off The Bridge and not The Beginner Template?
I’m especially interested in further hiding my pectus excavatum with some chest gains. My lifts before starting The Bridge were 100kg paused bench, 130kg squat and 140kg dl at 5’11, 78kg bodyweight and a 31 inch waist.
