Is the GPP endurance template right for me?

I am 39 yrs, 250lbs and 5’3”. I am coming off LP. I am interested in running the GPP Endurance template but I am scared of running because of my current weight and osteoarthritis in my knees.

Would the Endurance program be ok? Or would a different template be better? I have committed to counting my calories and a healthy diet.

The endurance template is reasonable if you have endurance-based goals; you could substitute a different conditioning modality besides running if you’d prefer!
