I am currently in week 5 of 12 week strength. Signed up for a meet 6 weeks out. How should I adjust to optimize peak? I’m weighing in at 236 lbs at 6’2” and am cutting to the 105kg/231lb class. Just looking to have a good time with some friends, I dont anticipate being competitive with my numbers- best gym lifts squat 385lb @RPE 9 on comp equipment, bench 225 lbs @8 and deadlift 435 @9.5 (bench and DL on crappier school gym equipment)
I’d just move you to week 7 and go from there. Kill it man!
